- Standard Orders: Orders placed before 3 PM EST on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address. To estimate your shipping costs, add items to your cart and use the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” feature.
- Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typical delivery times range from 2 to 7 business days for most orders. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
3. Shipping Locations
- U.S. Shipping: We ship to most locations within the United States. However, due to varying state and local regulations, we are unable to ship to certain areas, including:

- California
- Hawaii
- Massachusetts
- New York City
- Chicago (other areas in Illinois are allowed)
- Washington, D.C.
- International locations
- Restricted Shipping Areas: We do not ship to areas where the sale or shipment of ammunition is prohibited by local, state, or federal law. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
4. Signature Required Service
- Signature Requirement: For added security, we offer a signature required option for an additional fee of $7.65 per package. To request this service, forward your order confirmation email and request to info@ammocenter.org.
5. Shipping to Specific States
- California: Unfortunately, we no longer ship to California due to strict regulations.
- Illinois: We ship to Illinois (excluding Chicago), but a valid FOID card and matching address documentation are required.
- New York: Orders must be shipped to an FFL holder or registered seller in compliance with the New York SAFE Act. We cannot ship directly to your residence.
- New Jersey: Certain calibers require additional documentation, such as a firearms purchaser ID card, handgun purchase permit, or handgun carry permit.
- Connecticut: Two valid pieces of documentation, including a state ID and one of several specific permits or certificates, are required for shipment.
6. Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. If you registered on our website, you can also log in to view real-time updates on your order.
7. Shipping Delays
- Unexpected Delays: While we strive to ship orders promptly, there may be occasional delays due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
8. Undeliverable Packages
- Failed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
